ARCHITECTURE 224

Architecture 224 is a bespoke residential design firm founded by Scott Crichton, AIA in 2017. It was established on three core principles: collaboration, creativity and contemporary living. Collaboration with the Owner in ensuring the design is a home tailored to their everyday lifestyle. Creative in searching for the unusual--whether it be a modern take on a traditional form, the unusual use of a common material, or the dramatic sequencing of "events" within a house. Contemporary in the spare use of line, volume and detail, while accentuating openness and the dynamic nature of natural light.
